Standard Shipping to Germany - 5,49€- DHL Tracked Service

Express Shipping to Germany - 14,99€ – UPS Tracked Service

International Express Shipping - from 17,00€ to 30,00€ - UPS / FedEx

I aim to ship your order within 5-10 days, though times can vary dependant on the product.

Delivery

If you notice delays or issues while tracking your package, please contact the carrier. I will not be available to provide information on packages once they have been shipped. I won’t be able to redirect orders once shipments are en route. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please contact contact@odassey.com as soon as possible.

Please note that I cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Customs

If there are customs duties, value added tax, or import tariffs for international shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages and Odassey, Inh. Weronika Bizetic is not able to estimate these charges. Please keep in mind that customs processing may delay packages.
